It’s okay to feel uncertain, especially when life gets tough, but remember—your feelings are valid, and you have the strength to work through them. Here are a few steps that might help you manage anxiety: - Breathe deeply. Slow down, focus on your breath, and calm your mind. - Take breaks. Step away from overwhelming situations to regain perspective. - Talk to someone. Share your thoughts with a trusted friend, mentor, or professional. - Prioritize self-care. Make time for activities that nurture your mind and body. You're more capable than you realize.
