The Alumni Network currently consists of almost 400 high school & college-aged girls who have successfully completed the program. YWLC alumni push themselves and others to be impactful leaders and share common bonds of drive, knowledge, skills and attitudes of confident, empowered and globally competent young women.

What do these women have in common?

Since 2012, YWLC has welcomed hundreds of high school girls who are up for the ‘challenge’ – a year-long program focused on leadership, self-esteem, social entrepreneurship, financial literacy, global competency, and service, followed by a life-long membership in the global Alumni Network.

Regardless of what career path one will take, by belonging to the global YWLC Alumni Network, these individuals are connected through our monthly meetings, alumni reunions, social media pages and Linkedin page where they can continue to gain the tools and resources needed to be local and global leaders in their communities. In addition to alumni events throughout the year, they can share their experiences, contacts, and best practices and encourage their peers to do the same through our private LinkedIn group.
